Tanna M. Abraham is a non-profit executive, speaker, minister, author and entrepreneur. Her dynamic energy and transparent personality inspire and challenge audiences around the world to live purpose-filled lives.
Tanna serves as the Chief Program Officer of IGNITE, America’s largest, most diverse organization devoted to young women’s political leadership. Tanna has over ten years of experience in operations and program management. During her career in Nonprofit Management, she has served as Regional Program Manager and Grants and Operations Manager providing leadership, organization, strategy, and training. These experiences have cultivated her passion and commitment in community partnerships, program management, administration and leadership development.
A licensed minister, Tanna’s passion for ministry is at the heart of the connection she makes with audiences, the messages she delivers, and the leadership she exemplifies. She serves as an Associate Minister at Mount Jezreel Baptist Church in Silver Spring, Maryland and oversees the Christian Education and Young Adult Ministries. Tanna is completing a Master of Divinity Degree at Virginia Union University, Samuel Dewitt Proctor School of Theology.
In May 2021, Tanna released her first book, Hey Mom Remember to Take Care of You. She is the proud mother of a pre-teen son.
